Our rates are low because our professionals work from their homes, after regular business hours. Our technical experience spans over three decades. From working on government and military networks and systems, to internet service providers and internet backbone networks -- our staff has done it all! Our web designers have created and maintained web sites for both information and e-commerce applications.

We do not have offices but have local Alaskan engineers to work with you and also additional associates in various parts of the country ready to assist on any project. Due to the nature of our business, we communicate primarily through email. If the need arises to have a phone conversation with one of our professionals regarding your project, we will call you. We can also have an associate visit with you at your office anywhere between Anchorage and Fairbanks*.

We believe in charging a reasonable rate for our services and provide several low-cost packages to choose from. You will always know what the standard services will cost you, up front, and precisely what those services include. For services that involve programming, diagnosis or testing, we will quote you an hourly rate and provide our best estimate how long it will take to resolve your problem.
