How do you know what I want on my web site package?

Why does the domain need to be registered in my name?

Some web design companies register the customer’s domain name in their name. This means that you do not own your name. You cannot transfer it without their permission. If you are going to spend the time and money to register a name for your business and build up your brand, you need to be sure that you own the name you are building up.

How do I charge credit cards on my web site?

We recommend you set up an account with either PayPal or Google Checkout. We can give you detailed instructions on how to do it yourself. It is very simple and, once you have the account, we will integrate your account into the shopping cart. After that, payments will be automated. If you want a traditional merchant account, we can guide you to reputable vendors.

What if I want a different web site design?

Our packaged web sites are meant to get you on line at the cheapest possible price, in a quality manner. Web sites can have an unlimited potential for look and feel. Once your site is set up, we can work with you to add and refine the site. Please see our rates under 'Advanced Services'. Since you will own your site and hosting, you may do this work if you feel comfortable doing so. Or, you can have us do this for you. If you want us to do this additional work, we will discuss the aspects with you and work from your vision of what you want the site to look like.
